BAT PATH DRILL
Promoting a larger window of success - The goal is to hit the ball in front while missing the back ball to train a bat path that enters the hitting zone early, and exits the zone late.
Inside Ball Control Drill
Promoting a short and compact swing - This drill teaches staying inside the ball. Strike the inside ball while keeping your hands clear of the outside ball. The goal is to achieve a direct path to the ball while staying short and compact.
In-and-Out Reaction Drill
Promoting adjustability and bat control - With a ball on each tee, react to a call of “inside” or “outside” and deliver an efficient swing to the ball.
Two-Sided Team Training
